We were commissioned to revitalize a 90-unit condominium building in the heart of New York City, just steps from the United Nations. Our expert team meticulously planned and executed a multi-phase project focused on enhancing both appearance and function across all residential units.
The scope included:

Interior Painting: A full repaint of each condo, with light spackle work to prep and smooth surfaces for a flawless finish

Tile Repairs: Replacement of damaged kitchen backsplash tiles, restoring continuity and clean design

Bathroom Grout Restoration: Removal and reapplication of grout on all bathroom floors, followed by a clear protective coating to seal and refresh the surface

Victory Sports Performance Renovation
This project involved the complete renovation of a vacant 11,000 sqft building into a state-of-the-art training facility. Our team worked tirelessly to transform the space, including demo, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and more, to deliver a top-notch facility for our client.

Maintenance:
While WH Construction has only recently launched its official home and property maintenance services, this work is far from new to us. Owner Christian Handlik has been providing seasonal maintenance—including Power & Soft Wash, Shrink wrapping, Snow Removal, Gutter cleaning, summer prep, and odd jobs—for neighbors and residents of Commack and surrounding communities since he was a freshman in high school.
